At Powered by People, everything we do is about the people. It’s not just
our name, but how we organize and how we win.

My name is Athena, and I’m Powered by People’s organizing director. My job
is to make sure we are maximizing our resources on the ground to reach,
register, educate, and turn out voters.

We’re beginning to put our massive 2026 strategy into play. There are lots
of counties, college campuses, and races across Texas that we’re targeting
this year. Each one needs volunteers and staff to lead organizing efforts.

The bottom line is that we need financial resources to fund it all. Our
organizing strategy is a proven plan for winning. Now we need grassroots
donors to have our backs so we can put that strategy into play.

We are in red and blue counties, rural and urban communities, and
everywhere in between. I believe Powered by People can change the Texas
political landscape in this year’s election, but only with your support.
