As we step into 2026, we’re filled with gratitude for you and optimism for what lies ahead. Because of your generosity, we raised nearly $700,000 this giving season to directly support our mission—with more still arriving! Thank you.

Last year was overwhelming and challenging. Government actions threatened children's lives. Courts dismissed cases. But you stood with us—and because of that, youth voices grew louder, stronger, and more powerful.

Together, we stood beside young plaintiffs fighting for their futures across 15 states and 4 countries. We filed new legal actions, amplified science and facts from experts, and strengthened the foundation of our efforts. From Alaska to Florida, youth refused to accept systems that violate their fundamental rights.

Through every setback, youth demonstrated profound resilience—and so did you. Your unwavering support proved that this movement doesn't break under pressure. It deepens and grows stronger.

Now in 2026, we build on that momentum. We're appealing to the Ninth Circuit in what could become the most significant constitutional climate case in U.S. history. We're preparing for Canada's landmark youth climate trial in October with Leandrea and her fellow plaintiffs. We're advancing litigation across multiple states and pursuing the Juliana petition at the Inter-American Court on Human Rights. We're also expanding our trauma-informed care efforts, helping youth transform anxiety into empowerment, leveraging activism itself as a healing tool.

Our systemic approach strengthens the larger children's rights and environmental justice movements by shifting governments to prioritize the health and well-being of children. We let children's innocence and optimism stand as our guiding light, knowing they are the heartbeat of not only our democracy but our very work.

Thank you for all you do—for donating, resharing posts, standing outside courthouses, amplifying the voices of our youth around the dinner table, and for the energy you send our way. Everything you do powers our work.
