John – My team and I have been hitting the pavement, reaching out to voters, and keeping people excited about the real opportunities we have here in IL-02 this year. (Heck, I’m emailing you from the car on our way to a canvass right now!)

But after the holidays, a lot of campaigns see a serious slump in fundraising. And I’ll be honest, we’re feeling it more than we expected.

Now, special interests are ready to spend BIG money against a campaign like ours. And if we want to compete against big $$ and keep rallying voters, printing lawn signs, and signing up new volunteers, my finance director just yelled from the back seat that we need to raise $4,856 by midnight.

If everyone reading this could donate $3 right now, we could blow this goal out of the water!
