Hi friends, it's Senator Kirsten Gillibrand with a critical midterm update.
In last year's special elections, Democrats overperformed our 2024 margins on average by double digits. In this past November's elections, Democrats delivered a clean sweep.
Add it all up, and one thing is clear. The Senate is absolutely in play this year, so I'm announcing it now: We are going on offense -- everywhere.
But for a strong offense, we need the resources to invest in races across the map. So I'm personally asking you: Will you step up with $5 to fight for a Democratic Senate majority?
We know that this strategy works: Doug Jones pulled off a stunning victory in Alabama during Trump's first term. Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock secured both of Georgia's battleground seats in 2020. And now we're seeing a huge swing in Democrats' direction in nearly every race since Trump's return to office.
The GOP is on defense -- they're scrambling to protect 22 seats -- and we just need to flip four of them. As your DSCC Chair, I can promise you this: Every state is on the table.
But if we want to fight AND win everywhere, then I need every member of this team to do their part.
