With the dawn of a new year, we have the opportunity to act on a
world poised between two likely outcomes: one, a dynamic of
existential danger, driven by a desperate oligarchy increasingly aware
that it is losing its power to impose on the world a Unipolar Order;
the other, the consolidation of a New Paradigm, based on the
establishment of a new security and development architecture, in which
the people of sovereign republics act on the basis of a harmony of
interests, which serve the mutual benefit of all nations.
That we survived 2025 without the outbreak of global nuclear war is
not a guarantee that we will make it through 2026 safely. The
co-called "elephant in the room" -- that the world lacks "adult
leadership" which can assure the emergence of a New Paradigm -- has
become obvious, especially to those living in the Global South, but
also to growing numbers in Europe and the U.S.
Where will that "adult leadership" come from?
I think many of you have become aware that it must come from those
identified by Helga Zepp-LaRouche as "citizen activists," and that you
represent a core which can provide leadership.
TLO has a proven record of leadership, in identifying the fascist
networks using kinetic and hybrid warfare to protect their failing
plans for global dictatorship, and in providing alternatives. These
initiatives include the wide circulation of Zepp-LaRouche's "Ten
Principles", and a forthcoming program for a new Global
Glass-Steagall re-regulation of banking to reverse the Malthusian
intent in the "Great Re-sets" initiated by the oligarchs of the
financial and commercial cartels. Keep an eye on the TLO website for
