As we head into a new year, we’re starting from a place of real momentum, and that’s because of you. Together, we’ve moved Virginia one step closer to enshrining reproductive freedom in our Constitution, ensuring that the right to abortion is protected for generations to come.

This work matters now more than ever. Without constitutional protection, reproductive rights remain vulnerable to shifting political winds and the decisions of elected officials who could roll back access or ban abortion altogether. Thanks to your support, we are closer than ever to making those rights permanent.

That said, the year ahead is a big one. Our constitutional amendment must pass the General Assembly again this session before it can go to the voters. We can’t slow down now, and we’re incredibly grateful to have you alongside us as we take on this next phase.

By putting reproductive freedom in the Virginia Constitution, we can ensure that everyone maintains control over their own body, health, and future, no matter who’s in office. This is the year to finish the job. Let’s do this.
