We are down to the wire: We are running out of time to support our endorsed candidate, Gabby Salinas.

Gabby is an incumbent in the Tennessee House of Representatives, District 96. But come January, the TN General Assembly will convene for session, which means she will be unable to raise even a single dime to defend this seat.

Here’s the deal: State law in TN prohibits incumbents from fundraising while the legislature is in session. Meanwhile, opponents can spend that entire time fundraising while Representative Salinas works to pass laws that improve the lives of her constituents.

We need to help her get ahead of her fundraising blackout NOW. If expanding pro-choice leadership in the South is important to you, please rush a split contribution of $20.26 or more before MIDNIGHT. We cannot help her once the gavel drops.

Gabby has an incredible story: She is a 3X cancer survivor who came to Memphis from Bolivia as a child to be treated at St. Jude. She went on to be a scientist at the very same place that saved her life. Now, she is the first Latina Democrat and the first LGBTQ woman elected to the TN House.

But her seat is not guaranteed. In 2024, she won her primary by a razor-thin margin – only 132 votes. We have to do everything we can to protect one of the few liberal women in the TN legislature.

Tennessee has a near-TOTAL abortion ban and is one of the most dangerous states in America to be pregnant. Gabby is one of the few voices fighting back. We must protect her seat.

We cannot afford to lose a champion for women’s health in the state that needs it the most. Help us protect Representative Gabby Salinas before the fundraising window closes for session by rushing $20.26 or more before MIDNIGHT.
