Hi, John!

If your New Year’s Eve plans include a cozy fit, a comfort meal, and being asleep before midnight, we are on the same page. Ending the year doesn’t have to be loud to be meaningful. So as we count down to the New Year, let’s do things differently!

We’re choosing habits that support us through the season, not expectations that work against it. Here are a few ways to make the new year feel less overwhelming and more livable:

✍🏾 Skip resolutions and pick a theme instead. (Still pondering on mine 💭)

🧘🏾‍♀️ Create one weekly anchor, whether that’s a walk, a reset routine, or a standing check-in with your person.

🤞🏽 Keep goals small and plan one week at a time. Quiet progress still counts!

💤 Let rest win!

😜 Schedule joy on purpose. A weekly game night, a monthly treat (mine will definitely be spa days 💆🏾‍♀️), or a night with nothing planned. Remember, joy doesn’t need to be earned.
