Beyond Harrow, I attended over 300 engagements across the country. This included hosting my 8th annual University Fair with Whitmore High School, my 6th annual Careers Fair with Rooks Heath, my first World Clean Up Day with Harrow Litter Pickers, and my first annual Christmas lunch at London’s Community Kitchen. These events are about opportunity, pride in place, and bringing together friends, neighbours and residents.
In Parliament, I spoke over 250 times, tabled 114 Parliamentary Questions, and answered hundreds more as a Minister - totalling over 500 Parliamentary Questions and Answers. I also voted on major pieces of legislation that many residents wrote in to support, including:
• Renters’ Rights Act (passed 27 October)
• Employment Rights Act (passed 18 December)
• Great British Energy Act (passed 25 May)
• Mental Health Act (passed 18 December)
• Hillsborough Law (introduced 16 September)
