Big, it’s Governor Josh Shapiro. I know the final days of the year are usually spent with friends and family, so I hate to interrupt your day with an email like this. But since Pennsylvania is the nation’s most competitive state, I need to ask: Can you chip in a few dollars before PA Dems’ end-of-year deadline tomorrow?

Big, I think the far-right could learn a thing or two about what we’re doing right here in Pennsylvania.

Our Commonwealth is one of the few states across the country with a divided legislature — Democrats hold a one-vote majority in the House of Representatives, while Republicans have a slim majority in the State Senate.

For many other states, that would be a recipe for disaster. But not in Pennsylvania.

As Governor, we’ve found common ground. We’ve brought folks together. And most importantly, we’ve delivered real, tangible results for the good people of Pennsylvania — solutions folks can see with their own eyes in their communities, and in their bank accounts.

To me, that’s what real leadership looks like. It’s about showing up, listening to the people we serve, and trying to bring people together – even when we may not agree on everything.

It’s also why I’m reaching out to you personally, to ask you to pitch in $15, or whatever you can spare, to help PA Dems reach their end-of-year fundraising goal tomorrow.

Big, I’m damn proud of everything Pennsylvania Democrats have accomplished this year. But we can’t rest on our laurels. The far-right has seen our progress and is preparing to raise millions to take down our Democrats and reverse the progress we’ve made. So I’m humbly asking, will you chip in $15 before midnight tomorrow to help PA Dems hit their end-of-year fundraising goal?
