Trump’s Strong Stands Against Any Iranian Buildup of Missiles or Nukes, and Disarming Hamas in Presser with PM Netanyahu. Zionist Organization of America (ZOA) President Morton A. Klein released the following statement: ZOA congratulates President Trump on his well-deserved win of the Israel Prize. ZOA is proud to have several years ago presented President Trump our highest honor the Theodore Herzl Award for Defense of Israel, at which time President Trump gave a powerful inspiring speech to a standing ovation. ZOA moreover praises President Trump’s strong statements assuring the public that the U.S. will act fast to stop an Iranian regime buildup of missiles or nuclear weapons; and Pres. Trump’s insistence that Hamas must be disarmed “very quickly” or “wiped out” during the president’s Q&A presser with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu. Regarding the Iranian terror regime, ZOA praises Pres. Trump for stating: “Now I hear that Iran is trying to build up again and if they are we're going to have to knock them down. We'll knock them down. We'll knock the hell out of them. . . . If Iran will continue with the [ballistic] missiles, the nuclear . .. One [U.S. support for destroying ballistic missiles] will be yes absolutely. The other [destruction of nukes if Iran continues buildup of nuclear weapons] fast . . . we’ll do it immediately.” The Iranian regime is a sworn enemy of America that has murdered thousands of Americans and has called for America’s destruction as the “Great Satan.” President Trump's strong stance protects America from this dangerous sworn enemy of every American. ZOA also thanks President Trump for issuing an important reminder of the Iranian regime’s horrendous treatment and murders of its own people who have tried to rise up against the evil Iranian regime. Pres. Trump explained: “I know that people aren't so happy. But don't forget, every time they have a riot or somebody forms a group, little or big, they start shooting people. You know, they kill people and the people tend to, I've watched this for years. There's tremendous discontent. They form a 100,000 200,000 people. All of a sudden, people start getting shot and that group disbands pretty quickly. So, I've watched it for years. They're [The Iranian regime is] vicious, vicious people.” Regarding disarming Hamas quickly, Pres. Trump stated: “there has to be a disarmament. You know that we have to disarm with Hamas. So, one of the things we'll talk about certainly, but there has to be a disarming of Hamas otherwise very quickly.” ZOA thanks the president for his insistence on disarming Hamas terrorists who continue to attack Gazan civilians and Israeli troops stationed outside the ceasefire perimeter. Disarming Hamas quickly is a clear requirement for any semblance of peace.
