*December 19, 2025 [ [link removed] ] – 10002-102-CA-25* -(Record No. 18021) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules and Regulations, notice is hereby given of the Application of Carbon Power and Light, Inc. (Carbon Power or the Cooperative) for Commission review and approval of its 2025 Wildfire Mitigation Plan (WMP).

*December 29, 2025 [ [link removed] ] – 10013-61-CT-24* (Record No. 17730) - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Bridger Valley Electric Association, Inc.’s (Bridger Valley or the Cooperative) for authority to revise its Industrial and High-Density tariff sections, effective for use on and after October 30, 2025. The Commission's approval is subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, further investigation, opportunity for hearing and further order of the Commission.
