MaineDOT Announces Culvert Replacement Project in Dennysville [ [link removed] ] 12/29/2025 03:11 PM EST
Dennysville- Dec. 29, 2025 - Starting on December 30, 2025, the Maine Department of Transportation (MaineDOT) will be conducting a large culvert replacement on the Benjamin Lincoln Bridge over Wilson's Stream on Route 1 in Dennysville.
Drivers should expect daytime lane closures controlled by flaggers or temporary traffic signals during the first phase until February 2026.
During the second phase, which begins in May 2026, there will be a one-lane detour which will be controlled by temporary traffic signals.
The anticipated end date for this project is Fall 2026.
