Hello from the Transparent Election Initiative office in Helena, Montana!
I just came back from our nearby Costco, where I checked the price for a pallet of bottled water. We need to ensure all of our volunteers are well-hydrated as they meet Montanans everywhere, from football games to farmer’s markets and even their front porches.
Before the end of the year, I want to make sure we can order at least one pallet of bottled water for the office so we have them in time for volunteer trainings — will you pitch in $10 today?
From Great Falls to Glendive, our team is getting ready to knock doors for our signature collection campaign. We’ll need 100,000 of our neighbors’ autographs to qualify our ballot initiative for the 2026 election and deal a major blow to Citizens United.
Montana is only the beginning — after we win here, we’ll be looking to help all 49 other states do the same thing. However, none of that can happen until we finish the job here, and we need every bit of help we can get to make this happen.
If just 50 of you pitch in today, we’ll have enough to order an entire pallet of water bottles for our volunteers. Please, will you rush $10 right away?
We will fight until our elections are of the people, by the people, and for the people again — not just the billionaires.
