I feel so much hope going into 2026. I feel hope because I see more people talking honestly about caregiving and about what it means to build a culture of care. I feel hope when I look at my son – watching him grow and communicate through his AAC device (a dedicated iPad with the TouchChat app) makes me so proud.

And I feel hope when I think about the Care Fellowship community – the team’s creativity and passion shows that the next generation of care leaders is here. And we are ready.
