In response to unprecedented challenges facing our republic, Free Speech For People and millions of Americans took action:

Voters in New Hampshire, along with the League of Women Voters, served as plaintiffs in our successful, first-of-its-kind case challenging the use of AI to intimidate people away from the polls;
Voting rights groups in Colorado joined our case challenging voter intimidation in the state after an extremist group intimidated residents of low-income neighborhoods—some while armed—by interrogating them at their homes on how they voted;
Local communities organized across the country to call on elected officials to advance legislation to end super PAC and multinational corporate spending in elections;
Over one million people have joined our campaign to Impeach Trump Again, and on December 11, 140 members of the US House of Representatives voted to advance Congressman Al Green's articles of impeachment against President Trump; and
Residents in California, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Pennsylvania, and more are joining us in calling on their state and local prosecutors to hold Trump, senior Trump officials, and ICE agents accountable under state criminal laws.

Building support for the Big Tech Accountability Act, to hold social media companies accountable for amplifying disinformation and threats of violence on their platforms.
