Voters deserve the truth about my Democrat opponent, Alisa Simmons, and the truth is this:
Her record is not just liberal, it is radical.
While families were being crushed by inflation, Alisa Simmons voted against lowering the Hospital District tax rate, choosing higher taxes instead of relief.
She voted for expanding county spending and bureaucracy, approving wasteful, vanity projects, and new programs, all while rejecting efforts to lower property taxes and prioritize taxpayers.
On elections, Simmons repeatedly sided with far-left activist-driven changes to voting locations and election administration, decisions that benefit political insiders and progressive turnout operations, not everyday voters who want trust and transparency in our elections.
And when it comes to social policy, Simmons has consistently voted to push woke ideology into county government, prioritizing identity politics, progressive social programming, and taxpayer-funded initiatives that have nothing to do with roads, public safety, or core services.
This is the same pattern over and over.
Higher taxes. Bigger government. Woke priorities. All paid for by you.
Tarrant County cannot afford this.
