Downtown Miami is slowly but surely re-emerging as a cultural, retail,
and civic hub. We see the momentum. We feel the energy returning. But
let’s be honest: it’s not happening fast enough. If Miami is
serious about accelerating this transformation, we need bold,
catalytic investments that draw people downtown not just for an event
or a weekend—but as a destination with staying power.
