Folks, I hope you are getting a chance to enjoy the holiday season. I don’t want to take up too much of your time, but this is important: We are just days away from the end of the year — and the end of the fundraising quarter. Federal campaigns are required to submit fundraising numbers to the Federal Election Commission. These reports show how much money we spent and how much money we raised. When our FEC report is released, Republicans will comb through every page for signs of weakness. Reaching our goal will send a powerful message that everyday people believe in our shared New Mexico values and want to elect more Democratic leaders. Folks, we need to hit the ground running in 2026 to help elect more Democrats to the U.S. Senate. And I’ll be honest with you, the Senate map is stacked against Democrats next year. It will be hard for Democrats to flip enough seats to win the majority in the Senate — but not impossible. What we raise now will determine our ability to organize, mobilize, and turnout voters ahead of the critical 2026 elections.
