Citizens Against Government Waste

John,

I wanted to reshare my message from earlier this week – there are five days left to vote for the 2025 Porker of the Year.

I hope you’ll take a minute and cast your vote. It’s an important way you’re helping CAGW hold politicians accountable for their wasteful spending.

The deadline is December 31, 2025. More details are in my note below.

Thank you for all you do to support CAGW.

Vote for the 2025 Porker of the Year

John,

This is one of the most important decisions you’ll make in the fight for fiscal responsibility this year.

Every December, Citizens Against Government Waste turns to our most dedicated supporters to help select the Porker of the Year—the public official who has done the most to squander taxpayer dollars.

Now, it’s your turn to weigh in and help us determine who should receive this dubious honor in 2025.

Vote for 2025’s Porker of the Year

Here are a few of this year’s contenders:

❌Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson, for demanding nearly $500 million in new taxes that would push Chicago even further into economic freefall.

❌Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro, for raiding the commonwealth’s Rainy Day Fund and forcing local school districts to raise property taxes to pay for his reckless spending that will increase Pennsylvania’s budget deficit by billions.

❌ Senator Chuck Schumer, a perennial porker of the year candidate, for causing the record-setting government shutdown by trying to conjure $1.5 trillion in wasteful spending and attempting to make temporary health insurance subsidies for families making up to $500,000 a year last forever.

If you’d like to see the full list, you can do so here.

Vote for 2025’s Porker of the Year

John, I hope you’ll take just a moment to tell us who you believe deserves this regrettable distinction.

Please don’t wait—the voting deadline is December 31, which is fast approaching, and we want to make sure your voice is counted.

Your steadfast support empowers CAGW to expose reckless spending, call out wasteful programs, and hold elected officials accountable when they misuse taxpayer dollars.

Cast your vote today and tell us which public official deserves to be named Porker of the Year for committing the most egregious government waste, fraud, abuse, and mismanagement.
