As Kwanzaa begins, I want to take a moment to honor the values and traditions that make this holiday so meaningful.

Kwanzaa is a celebration of family, community, and culture — a time to reflect on the seven principles of Nguzo Saba that uplift us: unity, self-determination, collective work and responsibility, cooperative economics, purpose, creativity, and faith.
