 Folks, this is Congressman Buddy Carter. I haven’t spent my entire life in politics – I was a pharmacist and a businessman before all this – so I wouldn’t be offended if you don’t know who I am. I grew up in a small town in South Georgia playing baseball, doing deliveries for a local pharmacy, and going to church on Sundays. My grandad was a sharecropper. My father put food on the table by doing shift work at a Savannah paper mill. We didn’t have much, but it taught me about grit, faith, and working until the job gets done – values I carry with me to this day. I went on to get my degrees from Young Harris College, then the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!). Then, I married my college sweetheart, Amy. We worked hard to provide for our three sons and we were blessed to grow our family business, Carter’s Pharmacy, for 30+ years.  But I wasn’t finished serving my neighbors. So I ran for office. I became the Mayor of Pooler, and then went on to serve in the State Legislature and the US House representing Southeast Georgia. And now, I’m running in the most important race of my entire life. After praying long and hard, I launched my campaign for the US Senate here in Georgia. Why? Because our sitting Senator, Democrat Jon Ossoff, has betrayed our state since the very beginning.
It’s unforgivable. And that’s why everyone knows he’s vulnerable as all get out. Check out this story – Jon Ossoff was #1 on the list:  Jon Ossoff is the only Democrat up for re-election in a state that President Trump won. I know that a strong MAGA Warrior can defeat him, but it won’t be an easy fight. Unfortunately, Jon Ossoff is a fundraising juggernaut for his re-election campaign. He just raised 12 million dollars in a single quarter, bringing his cash-on-hand total to 20+ million bucks. That’s enough money to bury any MAGA Republican running against him. If we fail to raise more funds STARTING RIGHT NOW, this race is over and Jon Ossoff will win re-election by default.  National Democrats are whipping out their credit cards left and right to prop up Jon Ossoff’s campaign. He has a failed record so they’re raising a fortune to compensate. This is shaping up to be the most expensive Senate race in American history and it will come down to good folks like you chipping in a few bucks at a time. I wish that wasn’t the case… but it is.
