JUST IN — I represent Clay County School Board Member, Robert Alvero, who is receiving ridiculous criticism based on so-called “racist” and “politically incorrect” remarks he made.

The fake outrage against Alvero is complete and total nonsense.

WOKE political actors— seeking to reinstitute cancel culture—have decontextualized his comments in order to create a fake controversy.

Why?

Because they are mad that they lost the election against him last year.

ANY adverse state action taken against Alvero in an attempt to punish him and force him into adopting politically correct viewpoints will be responded to with a lawsuit for First Amendment Retaliation.

Go ask the University of Florida Law School, the City of Palm Bay, and the City of Groveland—three government entities in Florida that my Law Firm beat in court and had injunctions granted against for punishing elected officials and citizens for expressing their viewpoints.
