[[link removed]]John,

Our campaign is going up with our first TV ad buy.

Here’s why: My opponent, Republican Senator Pete Ricketts, has already spent millions on the air against me – funded by corporate PACs and his billionaire daddy.

Last year, ours was one of the closest Senate races in the country. We nearly won and flipped Nebraska’s Senate seat for working class people. That’s why Ricketts has gone up on the air and is spending so big so early against us.

We can win this Senate race. Every single poll shows a closer race than last time. But the only way we’ll be able to fight back against the lies and Super PAC attacks is by hitting our fundraising goals – and I’m not taking money from corporate PACs.

We need to raise $100,000 to keep our first TV ad buy up, but right now we’re still short of our goal and what we need to win.

So please, if you can afford it, will you make a monthly donation to our campaign right now to keep our first TV ads on the air, defeat Republican Senator Pete Ricketts, and help me win Nebraska’s Senate seat? [[link removed]]

Please use the links in this email to start a monthly donation through ActBlue:

No amount you can afford to chip in is too small. Even $1.

I’m so grateful for your support,
