Hi John, I’m Reverend Raphael Warnock, United States Senator for the great state of Georgia. I grew up in public housing in Savannah in a family of twelve kids, and I learned early on that when we come together, we can create what Dr. King called the Beloved Community — a world where everyone is respected and cared for. I ran for office because I believe in a Georgia where everyone gets a fair chance: where health care isn’t a privilege, but a right; where our children are safe and respected; where our economy lifts ALL of us — not just those at the top. I know another leader who ran for those same reasons, too.
