I know I’m not your typical candidate for Congress.
For starters, I’ve never run for office before. I haven’t been hand picked by big money interests. And I’m not an octogenarian.
I don’t view these as drawbacks. I think that we need someone in Congress who knows what everyday people are going through. We need someone who knows what it’s like to run a business that’s been hit by the tariffs. Someone who knows how expensive child care is. Someone who is ready and able to get out there and fight for what’s right.
That’s who I am.
