Friend,
The big news this week is the Supreme Court has kept our hopes alive that our “assault weapons” challenge Viramontes could be heard soon!
Although SCOTUS did not directly say they’re going to take our lawsuit, they stopped short of denying our cert petition, while they simultaneously denied other cases!
This means the court may still be considering our case, and better yet, we could receive an update regarding this with the January 12th round of orders!

When you add it all up, you have a situation where Viramontes could be accepted by the Supreme Court as soon as January 12th, which would be HUGE!
That’s why we’re doing everything in our power to make sure the Lawsuit Printer is topped off heading into January. We’ve got to be ready, Friend!
