Friend,The Alliance for Youth Action network has always fought for Democracy Done Right [[link removed]] , but during the primaries too many experienced long lines at polling locations, a national shortage of poll workers, and efforts to suppress the youth vote. Our democracy is under attack.
The Alliance for Youth Action network organizes every day to protect our democracy. Now, nearly 100 days until the general election, we need your help.
From placing a polling site on your campus to registering your friends to vote, there is something everyone can do to ensure all voices are heard this November. Here are five ways you can help us protect democracy. [[link removed]]

Tracey Corder
Tracey is a Campaign Coordinator for Action Center on Race and the Economy (ACRE). She comes to this work after serving as a social worker, electoral campaign organizer, and political strategist. She has trained people all over the country on bird-dogging, organized DC actions against the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh, helped to build out local and national police divestment campaigns, and worked to advance direct action as a tactic to advocate for progressive legislation on housing, immigration, voting rights, climate and justice reform. Tracey serves on the Advisory Board of Be A Hero and the Steering Committee of Black Womxn For.

Amy Faulring
Amy is currently a Partner and coach at The Management Center, where she supports executive directors and senior leaders in building strong, effective, and equitable social justice organizations. Before joining TMC, Amy led the grassroots organizing and field programs at MoveOn.org for nearly six years. She has trained thousands of activists, helped organize tens of thousands of field actions, and coached organizers and managers to get the results they need for effective campaigns. She has played key roles in winning campaigns on health care reform, economic justice, and environmental policy. Amy also worked at Greenpeace, where she founded an activist training program for college students. When she’s not working, Amy can be found playing with her two young kiddos, playing nerdy strategy games with her husband, making buttercream frosting and supporting local movement organizations in Philadelphia.

Resha Thomas
For the past four years, Resha Thomas has served as the statewide political director for the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) of Texas. Since 2010, Resha has focused on creating and implementing field programs geared towards increasing the vote of the rising American electorate communities. Resha is a native Houstonian who enjoys spending her weekends exploring Houston’s diverse food scene.
