The holiday season can be filled with joy, connection, and tradition — but for many LGBTQ+ young people, it can also bring feelings of isolation, family conflict, or uncertainty. That’s why creating safe and welcoming spaces is so important, especially during this time of year.

At The Trevor Project, we’re here 24/7, 365 days a year to offer support to LGBTQ+ young people whenever they need it most. And we also provide resources to help the adults in their lives show up with love and understanding.

We encourage you to explore our blog, Friends & Family Support Systems for LGBTQ+ Youth. It’s full of practical tips and insights to help ensure every young person feels uplifted and supported — during the holidays and beyond.
