Team –
Donald Trump is at it again – trying to abuse his power to protect his political allies and rewrite history. Jena was just interviewed on CNN to talk about Trump’s unlawful attempt to pardon Tina Peters for crimes she was convicted of on the state level. Watch her interview here → [[link removed]]

Let’s be clear:
Trump has no authority to pardon Tina Peters. Peters was convicted of state crimes in a state court by a jury of her peers. Any so-called pardon is unlawful — and it will not go anywhere.
But that doesn’t mean Trump won’t keep trying.
This is part of a broader strategy we’ve seen before: undermine our justice system, retaliate against states that hold the line, and spread dangerous lies about our elections.
As Colorado’s Secretary of State, Jena stood up to Tina Peters – and won. As the next Attorney General, she will continue to defend the rule of law and protect Colorado from federal overreach and political interference.
But standing up to Trump and his MAGA allies takes resources, resolve, and a movement of people who believe no one is above the law.
If you’re with us, donate now to defend our democracy and the rule of law. [[link removed]]
Thank you for standing up for the Constitution and for our democracy.
