In TEN days, Iowa has our final special election of 2025.
Democratic City Councilwoman Renee Hardman is running to keep Iowa State Senate District 16 blue. With a platform focused on funding our public schools, making housing, healthcare, and childcare affordable, and boosting our economy, there’s no one more qualified for this seat.
As a West Des Moines City Council member for eight years, Renee’s track record proves she has the leadership qualities Iowa deserves. But make no mistake: Democrats can’t afford to assume this race is an easy win.
If Republicans flipped SD-16, they’d regain their GOP Supermajority in the State Senate, and that’s the last thing we need before heading into the 2026 midterm election year.
Iowa Democrats have overperformed by an average of 21 points in every special election this year, and next Tuesday is our LAST chance to have another overperformance and prove that we have what it takes to win up and down the ballot next November.
With only 10 days left to help Renee organize and communicate with Iowans, will you split a $10 donation between Renee Hardman and the Iowa Democratic Party to help us pull off one last 2025 victory?
Let’s do this!
