The First Responder Ride for Resilience is a five-day cycling event from Boston to New York City marking the 25th anniversary of 9/11.
From September 6-10, 2026, first responders and civilians will ride 343 miles to honor the 343 firefighters who gave their lives on 9/11—and the thousands more first responders who continue to face higher rates of related cancers, trauma, and mental health challenges born from their service at Ground Zero.
The ride will benefit Livestrong and Friends of Firefighters, who are uniting to address the lasting physical and emotional impact of first responders' commitment to helping others through cancer survivorship support, mental health care, and community healing.
As a member of the Livestrong family, we'd like to invite you to fill out our Ride for Resilience Interest Form so you can be among the first to know when registration opens in January 2026.
Submitting this form indicates your interest in learning more and does not commit you to riding in the event. Only 500 spots are available, and we expect interest to exceed capacity, so fill out your form today to be notified when registration opens in January. Don't miss your chance to be a part of this one-of-a-kind experience.
Together, we'll make this a ride of remembrance and action—honoring those we lost, supporting those still struggling, and strengthening the future of survivorship and mental health care. Learn more at 911ride.org.
