As we get close to 100 days out from the election, we are gearing up in our quest to elect more veterans and their allies to Congress. But we know that this will only happen if we put in the work.
As a brand new campaign, we want to know what issues are most important to you when it comes to our nation’s heroes. Will you take our 1-minute survey to fill us in? We need 5,000 participants to get usable results.
This survey will inform our strategy as we head into the height of election season, making sure that we focus on the issues that matter to our supporters as we build our campaign up.
Rep. Mark Takano and some of his Veterans’ Affairs Committee colleagues started Go for Broke for Veterans for one reason: to increase support for veterans issues in Congress – from ensuring Trump and his allies are held accountable for taking no action when hearing of Russian bounties to kill our troops to making sure for-profit universities don’t prey on vets.
If we are going to do right by the people who served our country on the battlefields, we must get more support for veterans issues in Congress, pure and simple. Will you help us build out our strategy by midnight tomorrow?
Thanks team!
All of us at Go for Broke
Named for his great uncle’s World War II Japanese-American combat team, Go for Broke for Veterans (GB4V) is spearheaded by Congressman Mark Takano, Chair of the House Veterans’ Affairs Committee.
The goal of Go for Broke for Veterans (GB4V) is to ensure that veterans have a powerful voice in Congress. By empowering veterans, raising awareness and building public support for a pro-veteran agenda, GB4V is focused on increasing access to affordable healthcare, secure housing and ongoing educational opportunities for our nation’s heroes.
