The threshold is not just a moment of change - it is a
portal that crosses death and birth - disorienting, potent,
vulnerable, and alive with possibility.
Many cultures created rites of passage to accompany these
transitions. But rites of passage were never meant to be
experienced alone - becoming is a communal act.
The upcoming EMERGE New Year's Home Retreat

resourced in community because we understand that:
* We become who we are through others. Bell hooks reminds us that
healing rarely happens in isolation. When transformation is
witnessed in community, it becomes real.
* The community carries what the individual cannot. Transitions
evoke grief, rage, longing and more. Collective ritual expands
our capacity to feel and allows us to share the spiritual weight
of our reckoning.
* Collective healing is reparative and re-membering. Through
shared practice we disrupt the myth of separation and remember
that we are not along in our suffering and we are not alone in
our hope.
* Witnessing others transforms the witness. We reproduce change
through each other, expanding our capacity for more - more
courage, more creativity, more possibility for all.

This New Year’s we are embarking on a transformative journey
between worlds. It is an invitation to go inward and reflect on
how we got here and what it's going to take to heal. Over the
five days that lead us into the new year, you will receive daily
movement practices, provocative journaling prompts, visioning
tools and resources and LIVE community calls with Kerri to
support and workshop whatever is in the way of our fullest
expression.
Here’s what you can expect:
* Daily yoga/meditation practice with me (customized each day to
support your journey)
* Daily writing assignments (to accompany your practice and
support self inquiry)
* Daily LIVE community coaching call (to workshop whatever is in
your way)
* Daily visioning and manifestation tools (purpose work, self
care plan, wellbeing assessment, etc)
