Backing competitive races means not every candidate will win, and we’re honest about that. Even so, our endorsement strategy delivers results: about 65% of the dollars we spend go to winning candidates.

Voting Rights Fund wasn’t created just to defend voting rights — we elect the leaders who will expand and protect them. Our aim is to keep our operational costs as low as possible, so a majority of our funds go toward doing the work that needs to be done. That means building a national bench of lawmakers who will fight tooth and nail to expand access to the ballot box and protect our right to vote at every level of government.
