Oversight and accountability matters — especially when it’s uncomfortable and powerful people would rather it go away.
That’s why Democrats on the House Oversight Committee just released another batch of photos from Jeffrey Epstein’s estate. The images raise serious questions about Epstein’s relationships with some of the most powerful men in the world — and about what Donald Trump is still hiding from the American people.
Let me be clear: This is about ending a cover-up and delivering justice for survivors.
For months, our committee has demanded transparency from the Department of Justice about the files it holds related to Jeffrey Epstein. Congress passed a resolution requiring those records to be released. We set deadlines. We asked basic questions. And still, the answers haven’t come.
Trust in our institutions depends on sunlight. When the government withholds information about crimes that involve wealth, power, and exploitation, it sends a dangerous message — that accountability only applies to some people.
I don't believe that. And neither should you.
I ran for Congress because I believe oversight is one of the most important responsibilities we have. Not just when it’s easy — but especially when it’s hard. Especially when it involves presidents, billionaires, and insiders who think the rules don’t apply to them.
That’s why we’re pushing the Department of Justice to release every file and refusing to let this story fade quietly into the background.
Thank you,
