I know there are days when it feels like the news never stops. The fundraising numbers, the attacks, the warnings about what 2026 could look like, it can all feel like too much.

But I want to tell you why this one matters.

Republicans are outraising Democrats for the first time in years and they are channeling that money directly into the most vulnerable districts in the country with our district at the top of that list. They see this seat as their fastest path to keeping the House and they are acting like it.

If they flip this district, Democrats lose one of our few chances to stop the chaos, expose their corruption and hold this Republican controlled government accountable. We can’t take back the House without holding this seat. It’s that simple.

This district was decided by just two points. My opponent from last cycle is weighing another run. And national Republicans are already working overtime to make sure they have the resources to win.

That’s why I send these emails and that’s why I ask for your help.

Without grassroots support, there is no path to protecting this seat and no path to ending the Republican trifecta.
