Congratulations Delegate David Bulova on being named Virginia's next Secretary of Natural and Historic Resources!

Earlier this week, the first handful of the Spanberger administration's cabinet secretaries were named. Among them was Delegate Bulova, who has represented Fairfax City and parts of Fairfax County in House District 11 for 18 years, and who will now serve as Virginia's next Secretary of Natural and Historic Resources! As a first term senator, serving with an experienced delegate who was willing to talk to me about the whole range of issues has meant the world to me.
House District 11 is entirely within Senate District 37, and over and over I saw Delegate Bulova showing up for his constituents, and delivering for them in Richmond. His selection shows that Governor-elect Spanberger is going to hit the ground running with the best team to move Virginia in the direction of where we need to go.
In order for them to do that, voters in House District 11 must vote yet again!

The Firehouse Primary to nominate a successor to Delegate Bulova will be held this Tuesday, December 16th. The General Election to fill the seat will be held on January 13th, just in time for our new representative to the House of Delegates to be sworn in for a full term.
