This is a national emergency. The Supreme Court just handed five now-Democratic seats to Texas Republicans in a huge win for Donald Trump and his allies.
FIRST: Donald Trump kicked off a national redistricting battle by commanding Republican lawmakers nationwide to steal Democratic seats through redrawing their maps.
THEN: Californians, led by Democratic leaders Zoe Lofgren and Gavin Newsom, fought back by passing Prop 50, which would cancel out Trump’s stolen seats in Texas!
BUT NOW: The Trump-packed Supreme Court just approved Texas’ new map… and with a far-right lawsuit now pending against Prop 50, our hard work is on the line.
