BREAKING: Trump Administration is suing Jena over her refusal to provide Coloradans’ sensitive voter data to the DOJ.
Join us in telling the DOJ to take a hike by chipping in to Jena’s campaign for AG today!
Team –
Today, the Department of Justice sued Jena in her official capacity as Secretary of State for declining their request for Coloradans’ sensitive voter data, including driver's license numbers or last four of their Social Security numbers.
Jena is not backing down, stating:
“We will not hand over Coloradans’ sensitive voting information to Donald Trump. He does not have a legal right to the information. I will continue to protect our elections and democracy, and look forward to winning this case.”
Join us in the fight to keep Jena at the forefront of protecting Coloradans and our democracy as Attorney General by chipping in to her campaign today.
This lawsuit comes after multiple requests from the DOJ that have been made since May.
Last month, Jena led a letter that came from 10 Secretaries of State asking Pam Bondi (DOJ) and Kristi Noem (DHS) why they are trying to amass data on American voters. Neither replied to the questions in the letter.
Jena has taken on Trump before, and she is ready to do it again. Chip in today to show you’re ready for an Attorney General who can stand up to this administration.
Thank you,
Team Jena
