Big, I’m Larry Hailsham, the new Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Democratic Party.

I’ll be honest: this is a longer email than I usually send. I wouldn’t want you to think I’m going to send you paragraphs and paragraphs every single week.

But we’re shaking things up here in Pennsylvania, and I wanted to take the time to reintroduce myself and our mission here at PA Dems. Not only do Republicans currently control the Pennsylvania Senate, but they also hold a terrifying trifecta in Washington.

Our Commonwealth is at a crossroads: Unless we build a winning Democratic operation here in Pennsylvania, Republicans will bring their chaos and dysfunction from Washington to our Commonwealth.

That’s why I’m reaching out to you personally today, Big: I know we have what it takes to build a winning operation in Pennsylvania and prove to everyone watching that Pennsylvania Democrats are ready to fight. Republican extremists in Washington are pushing a dangerous agenda and threatening the values that Governor Shapiro and our Democrats work so hard to protect.

We won’t let them take over Pennsylvania, Big. And that starts with us doing exactly what our governor does every day:

Showing up, communicating everywhere, and listening to voters.
