 John, I'm sure you've seen the headlines, and are wondering what these potential mergers mean. Netflix’s proposed purchase of Warner Bros., and Paramount's late counter-offer, is complicated; but what is clear are the troubling impacts this corporate consolidation could have on consumers, our creative climate, on the rule of law, and for jobs and the economy in our region.
