Did you catch the CNN homepage yesterday?

So much for checks and balances.

And so much for anybody around Trump ever showing proof of having a spine. 

This was always Donald Trump’s plan. Appoint a bunch of sycophants, take all the power, go full steam ahead on Project 2025. 

But, as you probably know as well as I do, Donald Trump is a bad planner. He underthinks everything from casinos to insurrections to world takeover plans. There’s always something he doesn’t account for. In this case, that’s us.

We can’t count on anyone else here. It was always going to come down to the American people. It’s our job to protect what our forefathers built 250 years ago, and I know we can do it. This movement is strong, determined, and well-equipped to limit Trump’s power. We have the numbers, we have the track record, and we have the drive to keep the orange lunatic in check.

Making sure our democracy survives the next three years starts with getting organized and taking advantage of every last opportunity. This group has done this before. And now, heading into 2026, it’s time this group does it again.
