Dear Friends,
Across the country this year, we watched something incredible unfold: young people discovered their own courage through the story of Anne Frank.
From powerful school performances to the planting of Anne Frank trees; from a conversation with 101-year-old Holocaust rescuer Carla Peperzak to the activism of 11-year-old Natalie Flaherty, one message echoed everywhere: Every person, no matter their age, has the power to stand up against hate.
Yes, two of our brightest lights this year were ages 101 and 11—a beautiful reminder that Anne Frank’s story continues to connect generations and move people to action.
Your support makes that possible. In 2025, we brought communities together for honest conversations about antisemitism, racism, and empathy. Teachers told us our programs opened doors to conversations they have never been able to begin on their own.
As we look toward 2026, we need your help to continue this vital work.
Please make an end of year gift today at annefrank.com/donate. ([link removed])
Your contribution will bring our performances to more schools in 2026 and equip educators and students with tools to choose courage in a challenging world.
Thank you for standing with us—and for keeping Anne’s message alive for the next generation.
With gratitude,
Dr. Lauren A. Bairnsfather
