This year marks Abortion Access Front (AAF)’s 10th anniversary. If you’ve followed AAF for any length of time…you know we don’t do quiet. When abortion access is under attack, silence isn’t an option, and subtlety isn’t our brand.

Because here’s the thing: our creative approach busts stigma. With our visual campaigns—giant banners, mobile billboards, giant dancing abortion pills, our hilarious resurrection of Anthony Comstock… we shift the narrative. Not just because our visuals grab attention, but because we show up with the facts that counter propaganda and push the press to cover the real story, not the extremist script. 

Thanks to your support, AAF’s actions have shown up in almost every major news outlet in the country. 

And this approach works. You can feel it in the crowds, in the comments, and even in how reporters start shifting their language after hearing from us. When we turn up the volume, people tune in.
