New reports just revealed that my Democratic opponent, Raja Krishnamoorthi, is backed by influential MAGA donors — including multiple Trump advisors, a senior Heritage Foundation official involved in Project 2025, and even an advisor with ties to ICE.

This isn’t a small thing. These are donors actively pushing policies that hurt working families, attack immigrant communities, and give Trump and the far-right more control over our future.

My opponent, Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi, already takes corporate PAC money. But accepting MAGA-aligned cash from the very people writing Trump’s extremist agenda while trying to position himself as a fighter against Trump? That should alarm every Democrat in Illinois.

Ask yourself: Does that sound like someone ready to stand up to Trump in the U.S. Senate and fight for you? Or someone who will be bought out by special interests and look the other way while his MAGA donors call the shots?
