Dear John,

What if our electronics were designed to last and easy to fix when necessary?

That's what the Right to Repair movement is all about - making sure independent repair shops or DIYers have the parts, information and tools to fix our devices and use them for as long as we want.

The electronics we buy shouldn't go to waste when they break. We should be able to fix them, it's simple common sense.

Tote all your repair tools and more while showing your support for the Right to Repair with our new tote bag.

Not only does Right to Repair save consumers money, it also keeps electronic waste out of the environment. E-waste is the fastest growing waste stream in the world -- we generate around 62 million tons of electronics waste each year.[1] By empowering consumers to repair their products we can reduce the impact those devices have on our planet.

In large part due to the work of PIRG, nine states already have Right to Repair laws on the books, and momentum is only growing. You can help us spread this movement across the country with the purchase of one of our totes.

By using this tote bag, you can help share our message out that Right to Repair is just that - a right that we all should have to repair our stuff rather than just buying new.

Additionally, your purchase of a tote bag makes you a member of PIRG, supporting our mission to advocate for consumers, advancing solutions to problems that affect our health, our safety and well-being.
