This year has been full of uncertainty. But at Pennsylvania Women Work, even in the face of challenges, we’ve witnessed so much good. Every day, women come to us ready to rebuild, to find stability and to rediscover their confidence through personalized career coaching.

Last year, 1,900 job seekers participated in our no-cost career development programs. More than 400 mentors helped women take the next step in their careers. Over 250 individuals in recovery began rebuilding their lives through our ReWork program. And participation in our RISE program for work-authorized refugees and immigrants grew by 90% — because the demand for hope and opportunity has never been greater.
