Hi friend,

I spent two terms in the Nebraska Legislature, and I learned a fundamental truth: Politics as usual does not work for Nebraska families.

My record proves it. I passed more legislation than any other Democrat in the chamber — on issues like infrastructure, mental health, and education. I did this by building trust across party lines and focusing on solutions. I’ll work with anyone to get results for Nebraskans. That is the opposite of “politics as usual.”

Right now, our state leadership feels more focused on political noise and divisive issues than on the core opportunities that matter: education, business development, and growing our local economies. We are watching our potential wasted while we fall behind on the fundamentals. I refuse to let Nebraska fall further behind.

I am exploring a run for Governor because I believe we deserve a commonsense, compassionate approach that focuses on solutions, not division. We need to bring decency and cooperation back to leadership in Lincoln.

This is a movement for those who are fed up with the status quo. But a grassroots campaign built on common sense needs the resources to fight the noise.
