Hi John,
Congress is negotiating whether to keep health care affordable or allow costs to skyrocket for millions of people. But instead of focusing on families who could see premiums jump by hundreds of dollars a month starting in January, anti-abortion politicians are trying to use this moment to ban abortion coverage in Affordable Care Act (ACA) plans.
State-level restrictions on insurance coverage for abortion care are already limiting access in some places. This would be the first-ever federal ban on abortion coverage in private health plans , and it could push care out of reach for pregnant patients across the country, even where abortion is legal. We cannot let that happen.
More than 22 million people rely on ACA tax credits to access basic care. And now extremists in Congress want to trade away our reproductive freedom as part of the deal.
We can’t let them. Tell your Senators and Representatives: Vote NO on any deal that bans abortion coverage in ACA plans.

It’s a transparent attempt to sabotage our health care system and push abortion care further out of reach. It’s unacceptable.
Millions of people are already bracing for higher premiums. Instead of fixing it, politicians are leveraging this crisis to attack reproductive freedom. Click here to take action today and help protect essential care by telling your lawmaker to reject any deal that bans abortion coverage in our health plans. [[link removed]]
